My name is Alex, and I’m here to help you achieve your goals, connect with yourself and others, and build strong and fulfilling relationships. Let me share a bit about my journey and how I can support you.

My Story

After over 10 years in various international companies, holding different positions including leadership roles, I realized that conquering the corporate world was not enough for me. I had always led my teams with principles of positive psychology and effective communication, helping my team members grow, get promoted, and win awards. But something was missing.

So, I took a leap of faith. I quit my well-paying job and started over as an entrepreneur. Was it scary? Yes! But was it worth it? Definitely. Now, I'm here to help you achieve the life you want and deserve.

In my personal life, I’ve transformed my relationship patterns, moving from horrible dating experiences and loneliness to a happy and fulfilling marriage. I believe that with a bit of effort and the right coaching, anyone can achieve this.

Coaching Specializations

Life Coaching / Growth / Mindset: I firmly believe that “relationships begin within.” As a life coach, I take a holistic approach to identify what hinders your growth and fulfillment. We’ll illuminate those limits, shift perspectives, and transform mindsets, allowing you to grow and achieve your goals quickly.

Relationship Coaching: Whether you want to improve relationships as an individual, couple, friends, or relatives, I can help you establish or regain meaningful connections, improve understanding and communication, resolve conflicts, and navigate relationship transitions.

Communication Coaching: Effective communication can change your life. I help my clients enhance their communication skills for personal and professional success. Our sessions will structure and refine your communication abilities, using them as tools for growth and achievement in all areas of life.

Transformation Coaching: My 8-session program is designed to break through and transform your life. It will gently challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and change the way you think and act. While it may feel uncomfortable at times, the transformation on the other side is worth it.

Education

I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and Certified Professional Relationship Coach with a master’s degree in Sociology. Additionally, I hold multiple certifications in the field of Psychology.
